Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Artistika Co, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each handmade piece. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging in which it was received. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions and ensure a smooth process.
Because each piece is made by hand and prepared with individual attention, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable). Please allow a few business days for processing.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Shipping Policy
At Southern Salt & Sand Creation, we’re proud to offer beautiful handmade pieces inspired by the coast — and we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Processing Time:
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Most items ship within 5–9 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer, and any extended processing times will be clearly noted in the product description.

Shipping within the United States:
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
International Shipping:
We happily ship worldwide! However, international orders are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s postal authority are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

Delivery Times:
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist and help resolve the issue with the carrier.
